Certified Cutz Barbershop — Client Policies

1. Late Arrival Policy

At Certified Cutz we value your time and that of our team. If you are late:

• Up to 10 minutes late: We will do our best to complete your service without affecting the quality.

• More than 10 minutes late: Your appointment may be adjusted or rescheduled based on availability.

• More than 15 minutes late: The appointment will be considered same-day cancellation, and the corresponding fee will apply.

Late Fee: $15
(Applied after 10 minutes, subject to availability of the barber.)

 

2. No-Show Policy

When a client doesn't show up for their appointment unannounced, it not only affects our schedule, but it also blocks spaces for other clients.

• It will be considered a No-Show if you do not arrive at the appointment and prior notice is not received.

• When registering a no-show, a $50 fee will apply.

• After two no-shows, prepayment will be required  for future appointments.

No-Show Fee: $50

 

3. Last-Minute Reschedule or Cancellation

We know things happen... But to keep our calendar efficient we need minimal notice.

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance.

• Changes within 4 hours will be considered last-minute reschedule.

Last-Minute Fee: $25

(Does not apply if a justified emergency arises.)
